Tungsten Carbide (commonly known as Carbide) is used for all tool-cutting. Heating up to 1,200°c of several Tungsten Ores and carbon to remove oxide from oxygen, which will create a bond between them producing Carbide. This mixture has revolutionized the tool making scene, achieving higher perimeters and longer tool life.

Using Walter 5-axis CNC machine along with diamond-wheel, we grind carbide rods to specific dimension requested by customers as seen below.
